📦 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (ENGLISH VERSION)

At FORMEA∞, operated by Alkemy Global LLC, we uphold the highest standards of quality and transparency.
This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds across all online purchases.


1. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
We do not process direct exchanges for size, color, or model.

To start your return, use our Return Portal [link] or email contact@alkemyglobal.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns without an RMA may be refused.


2. Returns (General Conditions)

Accepted only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours with photos).

  • The received item differs from what was ordered.

Conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

  • Replacement parts will be prioritized over full returns whenever possible.

  • Unless the issue is our fault, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable items: personalized products, opened hygiene items, and clearance sales.


3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

Process:

  1. Notify contact@alkemyglobal.com with your order number and details.

  2. Return items unused, in original packaging, within 14 days after notification.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions: personalized goods, unsealed hygiene items, or digital content once download has begun.


4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Initial shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable unless due to our error.
Banks may take 5–15 additional days to post the refund.

A restocking fee of up to 10 % may apply for returns not caused by product defects.


5. Customs, Taxes & International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
International deliveries typically take 10–25 business days.
Delays due to customs or force majeure are not grounds for refund while the parcel is in transit.

If a package is refused to avoid customs charges, associated costs may be deducted from the refund.


6. Lost or Stalled Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 30 days (major destinations) or 45 days (other countries), you may request a replacement or refund.


7. Defective Parts or Components

For products with replaceable components, we will send the affected part free of charge within 7–15 business days after verification.
